Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the original mode of payment.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Harud. The Boutique for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). Feel free to try on a product but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. Ensure seal tag remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange. To Return the product please contact our customer service team (details provided at the end of this policy page). You can return by visiting our store at 1887 Street 137 Azad Basti Main Road Umer Lane Natipora-Srinagar, J&K, India 190015 or send the product through a courier service. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund.

  • We’ll gladly provide a refund, with deductions for the courier services rendered if applicable. Your refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours upon request after we receive the product back passed by our quality team.

Conditions for Returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Please refer to the Product details while purchase for the return time period.

  • The goods should be in the original packaging & tagging intact.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized/customized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
